They inform your nervous system 24/7 and provide the content for your brain’s programming.
Being present in your here and now environment, developing sensory awareness of your body in space and time, creating sensational and emotional literacy, and connecting and moving with your playful mind are the keys to transforming perception patterns and starting the process of healing and post-trauma growth.
Healing may be enjoyable. Our fabric of soul and neurobiology rewires best in conditions of ease and pleasure. Therefore, you do not need to go into the well of trauma to find release. Our body and nervous system have a built-in, self-regulating self-healing program that only needs to be activated. I call it the mystical healer within.

Together we will create a program that will cover restoring and empowering movement practices, bodywork sessions, body-centered energetic treatments, and creative dance process coaching.
