Each of these 10 Feldenkrais lessons, guides you to meet yourself a little differently. Each lesson offers you the possibility of a renewed and wonderful introduction to yourself, prompting new learning, a growing understanding of yourself, and revealing new opportunities to make those choices that rekindle your inner sparkle and connect you to your inner potential and wisdom. It all is about your mindset!
Let’s start… All you need is a mat and a quiet place to lie down
Help the earth-forces flow freely through the feet to move and stand effortlessly on your feet with these gentle, playful Feldenkrais explorations for ankles and hips. This is a lovely and effective way for resetting muscular tension patterns in your pelvis, back, chest. And a powerful way to save more of your energy.
All you need is a mat. You will be lying on the ground (your mat) as my voice will guide you through a journey inward, sensing yourself and getting to know yourself from within through movement, attention, curiosity, and playfulness.
