In these sessions, we look together at what is holding you back to feel alive and free in your body. We look at your ways of moving, tension patterns, emotions that play, your thoughts, deep beliefs, internal relationships… Actually everything your body brings forward through the way you organize yourself in movement and the way you stand, sit, or lie.

My sessions are rooted in the Feldenkrais method of somatic movement education. In addition, I use the knowledge and experience I have gained from NLP, Organ Rebalancing, body-centered energetic therapy and working with the fascia.
