I help you become holistically fit and resilient through self-awareness and by connecting with sensations of pleasure, comfort, and joy in movement. The emphasis is on playfully discovering your Body’s Wisdom and creative, expressive Self by moving your Body’s way. It will give you an embodied understanding of how the body is designed to move and thrive through life. You will feel energy and flexibility again on a physical, emotional, and mental level. And it will inspire you to create your own daily simple and enjoyable self-care practice to keep you healthy, blooming, and energized. Guiding women to age with joy and grace
Whether you’re going through menopause or coming of age, your body is changing and you’re changing with it. However, this doesn’t have to be coupled with pain, stiff joints, emotional stress, or impaired movement. It starts with keeping your brain and nervous system healthy. With my program designed specifically for menopausal women and my Mindful Movement program for pain-free movement, I help you release obstructive, painful neuro-muscular and emotional tension patterns and change the self-image, beliefs, and thoughts that sustain these patterns. You will learn how to help your nervous system create movement patterns that help you feel fine and free in your body. You will find that you can once again move spontaneously and confidently and participate in activities that are meaningful and enjoyable for you. I offer 3 ways:

Using the gentle approach of online Feldenkrais awareness through movement classes to release stress and tension and restore the nervous system to its harmonious, peaceful state, I have helped many people sleep better and wake up more rested.
Retreats to pause, listen, and reconnect with yourself are even more powerful in restoring a healthy, invigorating sleep pattern. Here we combine movement and stillness, silence, pristine nature, and healthy food in a week of digital detox, slowing down, and moving from awareness, feeling, and self-expression
